Whilst in Jeju, South Korea - delivering a mobile-device filmmaking project, and making a documentary, me and my UCA Farnham (UK) students went with some students from NLCS, Jeju to the beach for the morning and made this little dance film. We had a lot of fun, and a really pleased with the finished result. Take a look at the film (below).
The Harubang are the Gods that protect the islanders in Jeju, South Korea. This short dance film explores the myths and traditions around the Harubang and how they are seen by the new generation of South Koreans.
This film was made as a result of a unique collaboration between staff and students from UCA Farnham (UK) and NLCS, Jeju (South Korea).
