Brave New World
The winner of the Bertha Dochouse 5th 'Creative Response to Self-Isolation' competition. BRAVE NEW WORLD follows Tanasha, a victim of domestic violence, and how the pandemic offered her an opportunity to reflect on life.
Unlocking Hunger In Lockdown tells the story of volunteers and community organisations in Woolwich, south east London coming together during the Covid-19 lockdown to make sure that local people in need don't go without food.

Natalia Skotarczak is a make-up artist based in London. The favourite part of her job is seeing women who don't wear make-up very often feeling more confident when they see themselves in a new light.
VAEG Studio - My lockdown story
Vaeg Studio uses repurposed materials to create one-of-a-kind and sustainable clothing. It was launched during lockdown in 2020 after founder Urvashi Srivastava found herself furloughed from her full-time job. I filmed, directed and edited this short documentary.

Walk Tall
No sponsorship, one kidney, tuberculosis, a broken back... All set for the London Olympics... 1948. Walk Tall is a short animated/live action documentary about ex-Olympic gymnast and good posture advocate George Weedon. Funded by Film London & Eastern Edge Film Fund, made by first time director Kate Sullivan. I worked as the Exec Producer for the Eastern Edge film fund on this film.
Home
A dance / documentary film about three families living in East London, exploring what home means to each of them. One family is of mixed British / African heritage, another from Kosovo, and the other from Sri Lanka. This film was made as part of a unique education and community arts participatory project. I directed and edited this film shot on 16mm film.

Journeys Across My City - Buenos Aires, Argentina
This short documentary was made as part of a unique cultural exchange project funded by the British Council Argentina and NESTA. Six students travelled from NewVIC college in East London to the Antonioni Zaccagnini school in Buenos Aires to create two short films to explore their lives in each of their  home cities. I coordinated the project, co-directed and produced the films.
