The ISIS Project
ISIS is a groundbreaking documentary production and training initiative
–
run free-of-charge – that is designed to produce great human rights
films
and give talented women directors the skills they need to get ahead
in
the industry. During several weekends of camera, sound and directing
training, the sixteen participants also took part in human rights and
film
master classes. The participants went on to pitch their own short
documentary ideas on a current human rights issue. Three of the film
ideas were selected and have produced by the ISIS participants.
